Saphyte Bags the Digitization Software Award from the latest E-Business Awarding Ceremony

Saphyte marches along with the list of businesses and entrepreneurs of the Entrepreneur UAE Business awards this 2021, and came out tall after winning the award for  Digitization Software of the Year on 28^th of March 2021. This year’s awarding ceremony was organized by Entrepreneur Magazine UAE, Dubai Chamber of Commerce, and Dubai Startup Hub. As well as Gold Ally, Creative Zone Dubai, and in5 Dubai.

The E-Business Awards is a competition that calls upon innovators, businesses, and entrepreneurs to offer actual solutions to common problems that businesses and entrepreneurs face daily, as well as being further accelerated during the pandemic.

The ceremony serves as recognition for businesses in their journey of business excellence. Also, recognizing and celebrating the success of organizations who are leading the way to establish new standards of business excellence, and whose continuous and outstanding achievements serve as an inspiration for all like-minded organizations across the UAE and GCC.

This year’s awardees included Commercial Bank of Dubai, IKCON, ZBooni, ICT Abu Dhabi, Sehteq, and many more.

The Digitization Software of the Year award is in recognition of Saphyte’s efforts to provide a local CRM solution for local businesses in Dubai. Despite the abundance of competition of other solutions that can be found in the market. The award also recognizes Saphyte being the first, if not the only, homegrown company in the MENA region to provide a digital ecosystem – which includes CRM tools – to its clients.

Ali Homadi, CEO of Saphyte, pointed out that while most other CRM providers in the region are only focused on selling their offerings, Saphyte is raising the stakes by creating a software that really helps businesses (local or international) grow.

The company has been seen walking the talk by providing free implementation services, or one-on-one training to its clients. Furthermore, ensuring a smooth usage for its clients, simplifying their CRM strategy, and maximizing the technology they have.

These efforts made by Homadi and his team to go beyond the extra mile makes it a lot easier to understand why the regional market is responding to Saphyte’s offerings so positively.
