How to check my payment status?
You can view your account status on the ‘Billing’ section under the Admin panel.
On the ‘Overview’ tab, you will see the cost of your current month’s usage and the estimated cost that will be billed to you at the end of the month.
If the system identified that your payment has not been made, you will see a red bar notification asking you to update your payment details.

It is important to note that Saphyte does not bill inactive users. Saphyte is programmed to bill the users who are only using the system actively. This creates transparency between Saphyte and its customers.
