Customer History
Where can I see the history and activities of my customers?
1. To see the history of your Customer, go to the ‘Customers’ section.

2. Choose the Customer profile under the Customers List. For easier search, you can use the ‘Search’ box. Enter either the code, name, phone number, or email address to pull up the customer data , or just select the customer profile from the customers list.

3. The profile of your Customer will appear, providing the general information related to your Customer – the email, phone number, language, the company the lead works for, address. Also below, you will find to which Vendor, Manager, and Department the Customer was assigned.

4. When you scroll down, you can see the History and Activity Feed. The History section shows the lifecycle of your Customer – when it was created and converted. The Activity Feed shows the activities performed in the system related to your Customer.
