Associate Products with Invoice

The content of your invoice is dependent on the products that you set in your Product Catalogue.

When creating an invoice, associate the product by clicking on ‘Add Product‘ .

Select the product or service you want to add from the ‘Product List’.

Click ‘Add‘ if you are adding multiple products/services, otherwise, click on ‘Add & Close‘ once done with your selection to go back to the Invoice Form.

Once the product has been added, the details of the products will be populated in the invoice. You can only edit the quantity field. If you would like to make changes to the product information, you can amend the product from the Product Catalogue module.

If you need to remove a product from the list, tick the box beside the product code then click on ‘Remove Selected’
