Manage Documentation Associated with Contacts

Where can I manage the documentation of my contacts?

1. To view the documents that have been added and uploaded to your Contact’s profile, go to the ‘Contacts’ section.

2. Choose the Contact profile under the Contacts List. For easier search, you can use the ‘Search’ box. Enter either the code, name, phone number, or email address to pull up the contact data, or just select the contact profile from the contacts list.

3. Click on the ‘Docs’ tab. On the Docs tab, you can find the supporting documents uploaded to your Contact’s profile. You can download the file or delete it.

4. To add more files associated with your contacts, click on Choose the file you want to upload. Add a file name on the ‘File Title‘ and you can add a description of the file on the ‘Description’ field.

5. Once done, click on ‘Save’ to store the attached file
