Associate Quotes with a Deal

There are two ways to associate a Quote to a Deal.

Via Quotes Menu

1. Go to the Sales tab and click on the Quotes.

2. Under the Quotes section, select a specific quote from the list. Take note that the option to associate a quote to a deal on the ‘Quote’ section is only available for Quotes on ‘DRAFT’ status.

3. Click on the Kebab button and select ‘Associate Deal’.

4. Once clicked, it will route you to choose either to associate your Quote to either a ‘+NEW DEAL’ or an ‘EXISTING DEAL’.

5. Once selection is made fill in all the details about your Deal.

6. Once all is set, click ‘Save Deal’.

Via Deals Menu

1. Go to the ‘Sales’ tab and click on ‘Deals‘.

2. Click on the specific deal you want to associate quotes with. You can also use the ‘Search’ box and the filter for an easier search of your deals.

3. Click on the ‘Quotes‘ tab. This is where you can find existing quotes associated with a deal or you can also associate an existing quote directly from here by clicking ‘Associate Quote‘

To create a fresh quote directly from the deal, click on ‘Create‘ or ‘Create New Quote‘
