Where can I see the history and activities of my contacts?

1. To see the history of your contact, go to the ‘Contacts’ section.

2. Choose the Contact profile under the Contacts List. For easier search, you can use the ‘Search’ box. Enter either the code, name, phone number, or email address to pull up the contact data, or just select the contact profile from the contacts list.

3. The profile of your contact will appear, providing the general information related to your contact– the email, phone number, language, the company the contact works for, address. Also below, you will find to which Vendor, Manager, and Department the contact was assigned.

4. When you scroll down, you can see the History and Activity Feed.

The History section shows the lifecycle of your contact – when it was created and converted.

The Activity Feed shows the activities performed in the system related to your Contact.
