Email Campaign Analytics
The Email Campaign module allows you to send a targeted email marketing campaign and at the same time, measure the KPIs that show how your audience engages with the marketing emails you have sent them.
When an email campaign has been sent, you will be able to measure its effectiveness using different metrics displayed on the ‘Reports’ section.
We have defined the following metrics to help you understand how we calculate them.
Emails Sent | Total number of emails sent |
Emails Delivered | Count of the number of emails not returned as undeliverable; calculated by subtracting the Undelivered value from the Emails Sent value. |
Emails Opened | The total number of emails opened from the total number of emails sent. This includes the count of the first time the recipient opened the email. |
Open Rate | The percentage of the number of emails opened from the total number of emails delivered |
Total Opens | Total number of emails opened from the total number of emails delivered |
Unopened | Total number of emails unopened from the total number of emails delivered |
Last opened | The occurrence of when the last time the email has been opened by any of the recipients |
Total Clicks | The number of resulting clicks that includes the multiple clicks by the same recipient |
Unique Clicks | The count of the first time the recipient clicked a link in the email. |
Last Clicked | The occurrence of when the last time the links in the email have been clicked by any of the recipients |
Bounced Rate | The percentage of the number of emails undelivered from the total number of emails sent |
Delivery Rate | The percentage of the number of emails delivered from the total number of emails sent |
Unsubscribed contacts | The total number of recipients that unsubscribed from the email campaign |
