Identity Verification Integration

1. From the Admin Module, under the Integration settings, select ‘App Marketplace’.

2. In this section, you can enable or disable your Identity Verification Modules. Choose the app you want to integrate then click ‘Integrate’ that will direct you to the Configuration page.

3. Click the ‘Install App’ to initiate the integration process.

4. Enter the valid credentials for each module. Make sure that you have entered the correct information, otherwise, if the credentials were entered wrongly three times, your account will be temporarily locked out for 30 minutes.

Note: If you have entered an incorrect login credential, you will receive this message:

3. Click ’Check Credentials’ to sync the modules into the CRM.

4. Once the credentials have been verified, click ‘Save’ to apply the changes.
