Where can I see the details of my lead’s score?

1. To see the scoring of your contact, go to the ‘Contacts’ section.

2. Choose the Contact profile under the Contacts List. For easier search, you can use the ‘Search’ box. Enter either the code, name, phone number, or email address to pull up the contact data, or just select the contact profile from the contacts list.

3. Click on the ‘three-dot’ icon or known as the ‘kebab’ button and select ‘Scoring’. Click on the ‘Scoring’ tab. On the Scoring tab, you can see the details of how the contact acquired each score.
