How can I edit the information about my prospects?
1. To edit your Prospect profile, go to the Prospects section.
2. Choose the Prospect profile under the Prospects List. For easier search, you can use the ‘Search’ box. Enter either the code, name, phone number, or email address to pull up the prospect data, or just select the lead profile from the prospects list.
3. Click on ‘Edit’ and start modifying the details of your Customer. Once done, click ‘Save Prospect’ to save your data.
4. Custom Fields can be directly Saved while Clicking them they show in Grey, after Editing, click on the ‘SAVE’ button.
