Filter Contacts

1. To sort or filter your contacts from the mobile app, go to the ‘Contacts‘ tab and select the category of your contacts (Contacts/Leads/Prospects/Customers/Companies)

2. Click on the filter icon and the filter settings will pop up. You can sort or filter your contacts by properties or by custom fields.

You can sort the contacts by:
– Name
– Date Updated
– Date Created

You can filter the contacts by properties:
– Category
– Status
– Substatus
– Manager
– Vendor
– Department
