Reschedule Appointment

It is inevitable that sometimes, there are changes that could happen in your appointments. You can always adjust and reschedule your tasks in Saphyte.

Note: A completed task can no longer be rescheduled.

1. Select the appointment you want to reschedule. You can check this tutorial on where you can view your existing appointments.

2. Click ‘Reschedule’.

3. You will be prompted to change the date and time and also state the reason for rescheduling the appointment.

4. Click on ‘Confirm’ to save the details. You will receive a notification when the appointment has been successfully rescheduled.
