It is inevitable that sometimes, there are changes that could happen in your appointments. You can always adjust and reschedule your tasks in Saphyte CRM.
Quick Note: A completed task can no longer be rescheduled.
1. To reschedule a task, go to the MyDiary Dashboard.
2. Select your task and click on ‘Reschedule’.
3. You will be prompted to change the date and time and also state the reason for rescheduling a task.
4. Click on ‘Confirm’ to save the details. You will receive a notification when the appointment has been successfully rescheduled.
