To integrate Jivochat in Saphyte CRM:

1. Go to the ‘Admin‘ panel.

2. Under the ‘Integrations‘ section, click ‘App Marketplace’


3. Under the ‘Live Chat Apps’, click ‘Integrate’ on ‘Jivochat’ panel.

4. You will then be redirected to the Configuration page. Click the ‘Install App’ to begin the integration.


5. You will be redirected to a page where you have to fill out certain fields to activate Jivochat. You have to insert the webhook URL provided in the Jivo Web App.

6. Click ‘Save’ to activate the integration.



1. To insert a URL to receive Webhooks, access the Jivo web app or one of the Desktop apps and go to Manage -> Channels -> Settings (below a channel name).


2. Next, enter the menu “Integration Settings for Developers”, activate the option “Enable Webhooks”. Then insert the Endpoint URL in the “Webhooks Endpoint URL” field.
