Your trial period lasts for 10 days. Once your trial expires, you may purchase a paid subscription or be reverted to the free plan. You can check our pricing page to review the costs and features of each plan.
On which plan is the free trial based on?
The free trial is based on the plan you have chosen during the registration. You will be given free 10 days to test the platform and you can change your plans in between the trial period for free to test out the features of the other plans.
Can I choose which plan my free trial is on?
Yes, you can. Choose from the three plans that we offer: Basic, Advanced, or Enterprise. We want to give the ability to our users to discover all the features of our platform and see its full potential by allowing them to upgrade or downgrade their plans at any time throughout the trial period. This can help our users decide which plan would best be suitable for their businesses.
What happens once my free trial expires?
After the 10-day free trial, you will automatically be downgraded to the free plan if you choose not to upgrade your plan into a paid subscription. To upgrade or downgrade your subscription, please refer to this link.
