Contacts Visibility

The ‘Contacts’ tab is a repository of all your contacts inside the system – Contacts, Leads, Prospects, and Customers. Saphyte allows you to display/hide all the types of contacts based on your preference.

1. To configure the contacts visibility display, go to System Settings and click on Menu Customization.
   

2. Go to the ‘Contacts Visibility’ section.

3. To display all contacts including Leads, Prospects, and Customers under the ‘Contacts’ tab, select ‘Display all contact types’.

4. To display exclusively the Contacts,  select ‘Display only contacts’
