Add Appointment

There are two ways to add appointments and associate it with your contacts:

Via Contacts Tab

1. Go to the ‘Contacts‘ tab and select the category of your contacts (Contacts/Leads/Prospects/Customers/Companies).

2. Select the contact you want to add appointments to. You will be directed to the contact profile.

3. Click on the the kebab icon and select ‘Add Appointment

Select ‘Add appointment’

4. Fill out the appointment details.

  • Appointment type (Meeting, Reminder, Call)
  • Subject
  • Description
  • Schedule Date
  • Time
  • Team Members
  • Manager

5. Click on the ‘Save’ to save the appointment. You will then be redirected to the contact profile.

6. Once you have completed the task, tick the box to mark it as ‘Completed’

Via Calendar Tab

1. Click on the hamburger icon on the homepage to access the Calendar menu

2. Select ‘Calendar

3. Click on the ‘+‘ icon

4. Fill out the appointment details.

5. Click on the ‘Save’ to save the appointment. You will then be redirected to the calendar page.

6. You can see the number of appointments in each day and just select the date to view the appointment details.
