As part of the GDPR and Data Privacy compliance, Saphyte provides you with the functionality to add an ‘Unsubscribe’ link to your emails to give your contacts the option to opt out from marketing communications.

To do that, you must first create an email campaign and build your content.

Using the drag and drop editor

Drag and drop the unsubscribe element onto the email editor workspace.

Hover on the block and click ‘Content’. A configuration drawer will pop up that allows you to customize the unsubscribe link.

Using the legacy editor

To add the unsubscribe option to your email, click on ‘Insert Unsubscribe Link‘
