Manage Documentation Associated with Prospects

Where can I manage the documentation of my prospects?

1. To view the documents that have been added and uploaded to your Prospect’s profile, go to the ‘Prospects’ section.

2. Choose the Prospect profile under the Prospects List. For easier search, you can use the ‘Search’ box. Enter either the code, name, phone number, or email address to pull up the prospect data, or just select the prospect profile from the prospects list.

3. Click on the ‘Docs’ tab. On the Docs tab, you can find the supporting documents uploaded to your Prospect’s profile. You can download the file or delete it.

4. To add more files associated with your prospects, click on . Choose the file you want to upload. Add a file name on the ‘File Title’ and you can add a description of the file on the ‘Description’ field.

5. Once done, click on ‘Save’ to store the attached file
