Cancel Appointment

1. Select the appointment you want to reschedule. You can check this tutorial on where you can view your existing appointments.

2. Click ‘Cancel’.

3. You will be prompted to select if you want to mark the appointment as canceled (cancel) or move it to archive (delete).

4. When ‘Mark as Canceled’ is selected, you will be prompted to provide a cancellation reason. Same goes if you select ‘Move to Archive‘, you will be prompted to add a reason why you are deleting the appointment.

5. Click ‘Confirm‘ to save.
