Customize Deal Stages

Deal stages are used to categorize and track the progress of the deals created on the CRM. Each deal stage has a probability percentage that indicates the success of each deal.


To manage the stages of your Sales Pipeline:

1. Go to the ‘Deals’ section.


2. Under the Deals section, click on the ‘Manage Pipeline’.
