Customize Deal Stages

Deal stages are used to categorize and track the progress of the deals created on the CRM. Each deal stage has a probability percentage that indicates the success of each deal.


To manage the stages of your Sales Pipeline:

1. Go to the ‘Sales’ tab and select the ‘Deals’ tab underneath.

2. Under the Deals section, click on the ‘Manage Pipeline’ icon .

3. The page will direct you to the Sales Pipeline section. Learn more about editing the Sales Pipeline.

4. Click on the ‘pencil’ icon to manage/Customise your pipeline.

5. Once you are done managing the necessary changes click on ‘SAVE PIPELINE’ button.
